This new Epistle Book, which has been prepared over the course of twenty years, includes the Acts and the Epistles, arranged for liturgical use according to Russian Orthodox practice, with headings and rubrics in red text. An appendix includes all relevant prokeimena and readings for the whole year. The Biblical text is the King James Version. Prokeimena use the text of the Holy Transfiguration Monastery Psalter.
Also included in the Epistle Book are:
1) traditional introductions and outlines for each book, 2) marginal markings for the sections and cell readings, and 3) a monthly calendar for the Church Year.
